Is this a subscription?
No. $69.99 is a one-time payment for a non-expiring Zen Writer Pro license.
How many Macs can I use?
Your license key supports three active Macs. Deactivate an old Mac before moving to a new one.
Is the download safe?
The release is signed with our Apple Developer ID, submitted to Apple’s notary service, and stapled before it becomes available here.
Can I work offline?
Yes. Writing, formatting, planning, import and export work offline. License status is checked periodically, with an offline grace period.
Where are my scripts stored?
On your Mac. Optional iCloud sync uses the Apple account you control. Zen Writer does not require a writing account.
